Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE
The Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE is the largest provider of vocational education and training in North Queensland.
We enrol over 14,600 students each year, operating in a competitive training market along with other private training providers. We are the largest trainer of apprentices in the region (over 2,100 in 2007), and also train large numbers of employees, across a broad and diverse range of industries in North Queensland.
