Project management office

Project management is an integral part of the development of TAFE Open Learning's products and services. The PMO's role is to facilitate and provide a quality-assured project management framework to achieve successful project outcomes. Internal services of the PMO include assistance with the development of project documentation, such as project proposals, business cases, project management plans, and costing the project's associated activities.

Our management information systems can assist with the identification of physical resources required to undertake specific tasks during the product development process, and provide access to writers and content reviewers.
