Fees and payments
Fees
It is a condition of enrolling in a course that fees must be finalised at the time of enrolment. All fees will be displayed on the Enrolment Selection Form and are considered correct at time of printing, and subject to change.
Payment options
You can choose from one of the payment options below:
- Cash - Only available when enrolling in person. Please do not send cash in the mail.
- EFTPOS - Only available when enrolling in person.
- Cheque or Money Order - Cheque/Money orders should be made payable to TAFE Queensland.
- Credit card - We accept Master Card or Visa. Please include the relevant details in the space provided on the enrolment form.
Alternatively, in some circumsatances the following payment options may be available:

Payment from your employer or a Third Party
A letter of authorisation must be included with your enrolment application. Letters of Authorisation must be on company letterhead displaying the name, address and contact details of the organisation. The authorisation must include your details and the authorising amount. -
Payment plan - You may be eligible for a payment plan, refer to our payment plan information guide for further details or contact the Customer Service Centre.
